FINMA is an industry designed finance training program that runs alongside your university degree, providing a direct pathway to careers in investment banking, trading, and asset management.
FINMA offers a rigorous two-year curriculum covering essential financial concepts through hands-on training led by industry experts. In your third year, you will have special access to internships, networking opportunities, and mentorship, ensuring that you are industry-ready for top finance companies.

Program eligibility criteria are intended to serve as a general guideline only. Candidates only need to satisfy some of the requirements.
You do not need to satisfy all of the criteria.

All participants in our program must have the unrestricted right to live and work in Australia.
YOU ARE IN YEAR 12 OR AN UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT WITH AT LEAST 3 YEARS REMAINING
The FINMA program runs for 3 years.
STRONG ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE
A tertiary entrance score of ATAR 95+, IB 40+, WAM 80+ is desirable.
COMMITMENT
Ability to commit to the FINMA program alongside a university degree
PASSION
You are passionate about a career in finance or consulting
LEADERSHIP
You have demonstrated leadership or excellence in one or many fields or extracurricular activities.
